Innisbrook, a Salamander Golf & Spa Resort, is located on 900 beautifully wooded acres of rolling hills in Palm Harbor on Florida’s charming and relaxing West Coast and located just 25 minutes from Tampa’s International Airport. This magnificent resort features four championship golf courses designed by legend Larry Packard, the Golf Academy, and the luxurious Salamander Spa with numerous treatment rooms. The hotel offers 300 spacious guest rooms, four restaurants, three bars, and six heated swimming pools. This luxurious destination hosts the PGA Tour’s nationally televised Valspar Championship played on the Copperhead course and the LPGA Legend Tour’s first major. The North Course, also called “Baby Copperhead”, offers challenging, well-bunkered greens, ample trees, and plenty of water hazards. The course plays to a par 70 at 6,325 yards, and it remains one of our most challenging courses with daunting par 3s. There are 11 holes at the North Course with water hazards, making club selection a critical decision when trying to hit the greens on regulation. Recent enhancements on the course include additional yardage to some par 4s and 5s, along with strategically placed bunkers.
The South course is more of a links-style design, with rolling terrain and numerous fairway bunkers. The course plays to a par 71 at 6,620 yards, with a total of 10 water hazards, undulating terrain, and a strong breeze from the Gulf of Mexico combined to make the South Course another challenging Innisbrook experience and a favorite of our guests.
